1) Avoid posting links from searches on Simblrs. For example, there are many links similar to "Crisps and Kerosene page/16." Quite often, clicking on that link sends you to a blank page on the Crisps and Kerosene Simblr. It's far better to click on the item and get a link directly to the post.

2) This doesn't happen often, but some of your links go directly to the download, making it impossible to figure out the original link. This is rude to the original creator. You should post a link to the original post, not the download.

Hello @miros1. Welcome to Make My Sims Real.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I always try to post direct links to Tumblr posts. If you see a link like that, please report it (use the report function, see below for more information).

Links that go directly to the download are files from dead or inactive websites. However, you can always see the creator's name. We'd never post direct links to downloads if they were active. We highly value creators' work and have no intention of being rude.

If there are any posts that have non-direct Tumblr links or anything else that seems wrong, you can send a report on a post-by-post basis. Please read more here.

I hope this helps.

Thank you Aileen for giving useful details.

By the way, it seems that myBsims forum URL changed. The forum isn't closed but from ow it'd be starting with

For simblrs, some people decided to switch or double post at blogspot and/or dreamwidth and/or wordpress.

miros1, Aileen does her best to keep her Sims 2, 3, 4 CC sections updated.
